Adani Group’s real estate company Adani Realty has received a great honor. In India’s most prestigious Real Estate Leaders Conclave 2025 held on Friday 18 April in New Delhi, Adani Realty has been awarded the Gree Hurun India Visionary Real Estate Brand of the Year Award (Grohe Hurun India Visionary Real Estate Brand of the Year Award). This honor symbolizes the commitment of Adarani Realty’s innovation, sustainability, quality and customer centric attitude to give a new shape to the Indian real estate sector.
Expressing happiness over this achievement, a spokesperson for Adani Realty said, “This award shows our unwavering commitment towards creating our world-level projects and development. It also shows the purpose of our transforcing growth.”
Adai Realty’s visit started from Ahmedabad in 2010
It goes on to say that Adani Realty made his debut in 2010 with a 600 -acre Shantigram Township project in Ahmedabad. After this, the company expanded rapidly and is now working in sectors like residential, commercial and public infrastructure.

In 2024, the value of Adani Realty was estimated at Rs 56,500 crore in the Grohe-Hurun India Real Estate 100 List, which made it the country’s most valuable (Highest-Valued) unlisted real estate company.
