According to media reports, in a joint briefing in Helsinki with Finnish President Alexander Stub, Jailonsky said that Putin’s words were not enough and Ukraine would provide a list of energy sites, which will help the US and allies under supervision.
Jailonsky said, “I really want control, but I believe that the main agent of this control should be the United States.” He also said that Kiev will be ready to be committed to the ceasefire.
Putin said that he only agrees to stop attacks on energy structure. The proposal was immediately accepted by Ukraine President Volodimir Jailonsci, although he condemned Moscow to reject a more comprehensive ceasefire.
