New Delhi :
Unlike the traditional meetings of heads of state, a different scene was seen on Wednesday during the Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In fact, during the summit, it was the 48th birthday of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and on this occasion, Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama presented her a beautiful scarf. During this, Rama also sat on his knees and sang a song to wish Melonie a happy birthday.
What made this gift even more special was that it was designed by an Italian designer, who had started living in Albania. This reflects the strong cultural ties between the two countries.

Better working relationship between the two leaders
Despite their different political beliefs, the two leaders have maintained a good working relationship. Meloni leads Italy’s right-wing Brothers and Rama leads Albania’s Socialist Party. Proof of this is the agreement that Meloni made with Rama last year to send some migrants caught at sea by Italy to detention centers in Albania. Although the agreement faces legal challenges, it reflects the willingness of the two leaders to cooperate on key issues.
Big agreement between UAE, Italy and Albania
In a major breakthrough, Italy, Albania and the United Arab Emirates signed a historic deal worth at least 1 billion euros to build a subsea interconnection for renewable energy in the Adriatic. This ambitious project is expected to play an important role in promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing carbon emissions in the region.
