
The ongoing tension between India and Pakistan is continuously increasing in return for stopping. An attempt has been made to attack by drone from Jammu and Kashmir to Gujarat-Rajasthan. The Indian armed forces are maintaining high level vigilance, and all such aerial threats are being track and disposed of using the counter-drain system. In view of this actions of the enemy, many cities of the country are on high alert. Airports have been closed in many places.
AAI and concerned aviation authorities have announced temporary closure of airports in northern and western India. This will be effective from 9 May 2025 to 14 May 2025 (which is corresponding to 05: 29 IST on 15 May 2025).
Notam will affect these airports
Adhampur, Ambala, Amritsar, Avantipur, Bathinda, Bhuj, Bikaner, Chandigarh, Halwara, Hindon, Jaisalmer, Jammu, Jamnagar, Jodhpur, Kandla, Kangra (Gaggal), Keshod, Kishangarh, Kullu, Manali (Bhuntar), Leh, Ludhiana, Mundra, Dukhi, Pathanakot, Pathanakot, Pathanakot, Pathanakot, Pathanakot, Pathanakot, Pathanakot, The airport of Porbandar, Rajkot (Hirasar), Sarsawa, Shimla, Srinagar, Thois, Uttaralai is included. During this time, all civil flight activities will be suspended at these airports.
AAI has also increased the temporary shutdown of 25 blocks of the Air Traffic Services (ATS) routes within the Delhi and Mumbai Flight Information Areas (FIRs) due to operational reasons.
