The relationship between Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha shocked the people. Tales are still heard about their relationship. People still believe that she loves Amitabh Bachchan very much. The speculation of his affair started on the set of two unknowns. Amitabh was already married and Rekha came as a ‘second woman’ in her life. Amitabh Bachchan has repeatedly described these reports as baseless and always denied having any kind of romantic relationship with Rekha. However, Rekha indicated her love for Amitabh Bachchan. Many veteran stars have also said that they have seen Amitabh and Rekha together, and one of them is Shatrughan Sinha.
Shatrughan once blamed Rekha for creating a rift between himself and Amitabh. Amitabh and Shatrughan ruled the silver screen in the 70s, but later the distance between the two came. Both of them stopped talking to each other. Shatrughan made a sarcasm on Rekha and convicted him for playing an important role in increasing the rift between him and Amitabh. In a conversation with Zoom, Shatrughan Sinha spoke openly about his estrangement with Rekha. He said that his relationship with Rekha was never harmonious, and there was a continuous debate between them. In the same interview, Shatrughan Sinha revealed that his wife Poonam Sinha’s intervention helped him to reconcile with Rekha. Since Poonam and Rekha used to be the best friends and their friendship was deteriorating. So Poonam helped to solve the things between us. Talking about this, Shatrughan said, “It was none other than my wife Mrs. Poonam Sinha. You see, Rekha and she was a very good friend. And my so -called cold war with Rekha was difficulties in my wife and Rekha’s friendship He was producing a compromise between us for his selfishness.
