Ashiana Housing Limited, engaged in real estate development, has launched the final phase of its premium segment residential project Ashiana Ekansh in Jaipur. The company said in a statement on Thursday that it has received a good response for it. On the very first day, the company achieved revenue of Rs 106 crore from the sale of 110 houses of Ashiana Unit located in Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur.
Real estate developer Ashiana Housing Limited has launched the final phase of Ashiana Ekansh in Mansarovar Extension area of Jaipur. The launch received an overwhelming response on the first day, with the company achieving an impressive sales revenue of 110 units at Rs 106 crore.
Ashiana Unit is spread over a total of 8.6 acres and its final phase is in 11605.41 square meters. Ashiana Ekansh has 560 premium residences in its 14-storey towers. An additional 168 special units have been introduced in the final phase. The residences have been thoughtfully designed to meet diverse family needs with a choice of layouts.
Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing, said, “The overwhelming response to the previous phases of Ashiana Housing has set the stage for the success of its final phase.
