The FIR filed on the complaint of Alok Borua alleged that Chanchalani, Jaspreet Singh, Apoorva Mukhija, Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina and others promoted porn and were involved in sexually and pornographic discussions sexually and porn. Before the High Court, senior advocate Digant Das, who was present with Advocate Joyraj Bora on behalf of Chanchalani, argued that Chanchalani is innocent, as he has not allegedly made any such comment in the FIR. He says that the remarks for which the FIR has been lodged was made by one of the guest panelists (Ranveer) and there was no role, right or partnership in editing or post-production of Chanchalani’s episode.
