The FIR filed on the complaint of Alok Borua alleged that Chanchalani, Jaspreet Singh, Apoorva Mukhija, Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina and others promoted porn and were involved in sexually and pornographic discussions sexually and porn. Before the High Court, senior advocate Digant Das, who was present with Advocate Joyraj Bora on behalf of Chanchalani, argued that Chanchalani is innocent, as he has not allegedly made any such comment in the FIR.
