Athiya Shetty, wife of Bollywood actress and Indian cricketer KL Rahul, is going to become a mother soon. On Thursday, the actress shared beautiful moments of her new journey through Instagram. She was seen sitting with her husband KL Rahul with her arms around him. The second was a video in which she was seen holding her husband’s hand and showing her baby bump. The last and third picture was of a coat, in which the philosophy of life was written. The note, written in English, read, slow down the pace of life, stop and think about the blessings others have showered on you, listen to your heart and then have faith in new beginnings.

Athiya had announced her pregnancy in November last year. KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty had shared the good news about their first child through an emotional post.

In January 2023, both of them got married in the presence of close friends and family at Sunil Shetty’s Khandala farm house. The two reportedly met through a common friend in 2019.

Talking about the work front, Athiya Shetty made her Bollywood debut in 2015 with the film “Hero” with Sooraj Pancholi. Amazing chemistry was seen between the two in the film. However, the film did not do well at the box office. Athiya has also appeared in films like “Mubarakan” and “Motichoor Chaknachoor” co-starring Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor. She was last seen playing the lead role on screen opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in “Motichoor Chaknachoor”, directed by Debamitra Biswal. After marriage, the actress has distanced herself from acting. She is fulfilling her family responsibilities.
