Big shock to Trump and Musk, American judge ordered agencies to hiring employees back to work: report

An American judge on Thursday ordered six federal agencies to hire thousands of probationary employees who were fired under Donald Trump’s attempt to reduce the size of the government.

According to the New York Times report, Judge William Alsup said that the justification of “poor performance” for collective pruning was a pretense to avoid statutory requirements. “

While delivering the trial on the trial filed by the employees unions, Alsup ordered Treasury, Veterans Affairs, Agriculture, Defense, Energy and Internal Departments to hire any person improperly taken back.

In a hearing in the US District Court in San Francisco, Alsup said, “This is a tragic day when our government removes a good employee and says that it was done on the basis of performance, while they know well that it is a lie.”

Since returning to the White House in January, Trump has run an ax on the US government, cut the expenditure programs and fired thousands of federal employees.

Their functions have faced resistance from the courts, and many judges have issued a prohibition to stop them.
