Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Shilpa Shetty starrer film Baazigar was a big hit at the box office. The film, made for 4 crores, earned 32 crores worldwide. The star cast of this film became a big star. Adi Irani was seen in the role of Vicky Malhotra in the film. Recently, in a conversation with the film system media, Adi Irani remembered the days of his struggle. The actor said, “My first daughter was born in 1995 and at that time the cost of milk was 5 rupees and sometimes I did not have that. “When I could not buy petrol, I used to walk from my house to bus stop. People used to ask me, ‘What are you doing at just stop?’ And I used to lie and say that I am just waiting for a friend. They used to say, ‘Why do you have to go to the bus?’ And then I used to go home secretly. ”

The actor told that there was no phone at his house and he used to call from a nearby PCO booth. He used to give 1 rupee and an additional money for every phone to the booth for every phone coming for them. He said that he made a lot of credit without credit, because he needed money. When he was asked if his sister Aruna Irani knew about his situation, he said, “My sister knew about my situation and she offered help many times, but I refused. I am his brother, but it does not mean that he would take care of my family for his life.” It was my own struggle.

The actor told how his wife helped him recover from bad times. “People should consider my wife as ideal. Without him, I can never get back. Our love was a marriage, sometimes I felt bad for my wife that she was trapped with me. ” Let me tell you that Adi came in films like Anari (1993) and Baazigar (1993). He also appeared in the film with Salman Khan.
