A case has been filed in Samastipur district Rosra Court regarding Rahul Gandhi’s statement of ‘fighting the Indian State’. The person who filed the case has demanded life imprisonment for Rahul Gandhi from the court, calling it treason. The court will hear this case on 17 February. This case has been filed by Mukesh Chaudhary, son of Surendra Chaudhary, resident of Sonupur village of Rosra police station area. Petitioner Mukesh Kumar Chaudhary alleged that not only was he emotionally hurt after hearing the speech of the Congress MP, but he also lost the bucket full of milk in his nervousness. Due to this he also had to suffer financial loss.

Mukesh Chaudhary says that the statement given by Rahul Gandhi has hurt him a lot. He is talking about fighting against the Indian polity. He has opposed the Indian political system. For this reason, the complaint has been registered under sections 152, 299, 197, 352 and 111.

In fact, after the inauguration of the new Congress headquarters in Delhi on January 15, Rahul Gandhi said in his address that if you believe that we are fighting against the government, then you do not understand what is going on.
