The Delhi High Court on Wednesday ordered the removal of videos and published materials uploaded by YouTuber Shyam Meera Singh against the Isha Foundation of Spiritual Guru Sadhguru from the online stage. Justice Subramaniam Prasad said that the trust of the Trust is expected to be tarnished due to the frequent aired air -video -based YouTube video. It stopped Singh from publishing the allegations further.
The judge directed the removal of the alleged derogatory material against the organization of Vasudev alias Sadguru, Jagdish ‘Jaggi’, Jagdish ‘Jaggi’ in the interim order on the Isha Foundation trial. The court prima facie said that Singh made a video based on “fully uncomfortable material”. It stopped people from uploading or sharing it on social media forum till the next hearing in May.
It said that before uploading the video, tweets and posted were posted for its promotion. The court said, “So far nine lakh people have seen the said video and have made more than 13,500 comments. The most interesting thing is that the title of the video is’ Sadhguru exposed: What is Hepaning in Vasudevz Ashram. ”
The order said, “The title is a ‘clickbet’ and the prima facie of this court is that the said title has been given only to attract attention.” The court ordered the social media forum to remove the derogatory video, preventing Singh from publishing such materials in future.
