In Delhi, there is terror of miscreants who break the glass of cars with the help of slingshot and then commit robbery. Once again a similar incident has been carried out. However, this time after breaking the glass of the car with a slingshot, the miscreants made away with jewelery worth Rs 1 crore.
Police said that on Tuesday, unknown people carried out the incident in Bharat Nagar, south-east Delhi. The miscreants broke the window of the vehicle with the help of a slingshot and made away with jewelery worth about Rs 1 crore.
Were taking jewelery from Sarai Rohilla
A police officer said that some traders were carrying jewelery in a vehicle from Sarai Rohilla in Central Delhi. This incident happened when the vehicle was standing at a red signal near Lakshmibai College.
Bike riding miscreants carried out the robbery
He told that two people came on a two-wheeler and broke the window of the car using a slingshot and snatched a bag full of jewelery and escaped.
He said that a detailed investigation is being conducted in this matter.
