Actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh shared a video and told fans to the benefit of healthy food. According to Dosanjh, the secret of staying tension free is also hidden in it. Diljit Dosanjh continues to make attendance on social media with his special style. On Instagram, he shared a video and described healthy food as a means of getting rid of stress. In the shared video, Diljit was seen cooking some delicious and healthy food in a hotel kitchen. Along with the video, he also added his recent release song ‘Tension Mitra Nu Hai Ni’.

Diljit film ‘Punjab 95’ is ready for release. The trailer of the film based on the life of Jaswant Singh Khalra was recently released by the producers. The film was scheduled to release in theaters on 7 February, which has moved forward. Diljit Dosanjh also shared the first look of his upcoming film Punjab 95. He put a total of four pictures in front of fans. Out of the four shared pictures, in the first, Dosanjh was seen in a disaster imprisoned in jail. In the second picture, he has a newspaper in his hand and he was seen thinking. In the third picture, Dosanjh is standing near the burning pyre, where high flames are rising. In the fourth and final picture, Dosanjh was seen reading the pages held in his hand.

While sharing the pictures taken from the set of a film based on the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, Dosanjh wrote in the caption, “I challenge the darkness. Punjab 95. ” Jaswant Singh Khalra was the director of a bank in Amritsar, Punjab. After extremism in Punjab, he revealed the killing of thousands of young Sikhs and cremation by the Punjab Police in a research. According to the information, he was kidnapped after this. His death remains a mystery till date. The Central Board of Film Certification had directed the makers of ‘Punjab 95’ to make 120 cuts in the film.

The upcoming film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Abhishek Chaubey and Honey Trehan. The director of the film is Honey Trehan. Diljit Dosanjh is in the lead role in the film, which will be seen in the role of Jaswant Singh Khalra. The new date of film release has not been revealed yet.
