Satish Salian’s lawyer Nilesh Ojha said that he is still in the process of filing a petition and will file a number on it in the High Court Registry Department on Thursday. The petition alleged that Disha Salian was murdered after the rape. Later, politically conspiracy was hatched to save some influential persons.

Disha Salian died on June 8, 2020 due to falling from the 14th floor of a residential building in suburban Malad. After this, the police of the city had registered a case of accidental death.
