Youtuber Elvish Yadav New Trouble: Ghaziabad Court has ordered to register a case against Youtuber Elvish Yadav. Additional Civil Judge Ghaziabad has given this order on the application of Saurav Gupta of Maneka Gandhi’s NGO People for Animals (PFA). The PFA manager has accused Elvish Yadav and his colleagues of doing recce. PFA manager Saurabh Gupta has said that there is a threat to his life from Elvish Yadav and his people. Earlier, Saurabh Gupta had filed a case against Elvish Yadav and snake charmers in Police Station 49 of Noida, making serious allegations of smuggling poison and using drugs in the party. At present Elvish Yadav is out on bail.

Complainant Saurabh Gupta says that ever since the case was registered, Elvish Yadav and his associates have been threatening him and his brother on social media. Due to this, he had also closed his Facebook account a few months ago.

Accused Elvish Yadav had recently released a video and threatened to take her away from the house and kill her. Saurabh Gupta had given a written complaint about this to the Nandgram police station of Ghaziabad, but the police did not register any complaint.

Saurabh Gupta’s allegations

Saurabh Gupta had told the police in his complaint that on 10.05.2024, people of Elvish Yadav and his gang came in 3-4 vehicles and did my recce. My car was followed. Not only this, Elvish Yadav and along with him entered his society at around 1.30 in the night in two SUVs and after entering under a fake name, they started driving the vehicles in the parking lot of the society. After roaming the vehicles in the society for about 10 minutes, they left the society. Saurabh Gupta suspects that these people have entered the society on the basis of an acquaintance living in the society. Earlier, his location was outside the society in Rajnagar Extension, even then he had a feeling that his vehicle was being followed and when the CCTV cameras of the society were checked the next day, his suspicions were proved correct. Elvish Yadav and his gang members were also ambushing them inside the society. When the police did not take action on this complaint, Saurabh reached the court and then the court ordered to register a case.
