There is news of encounter with Naxalites in Gariaband, Chhattisgarh. According to initial information, soldiers have been encountering Naxalites in the forest for the last 36 hours. Till now, information has been received that a total of 19 Naxalites have been killed. Besides this, a large quantity of weapons have also been recovered. It is being told that since yesterday morning the encounter is going on between security forces and Naxalites on the hills of Bhaludiggi of Kulhadighat.

10 teams of security forces involved in the encounter

During the search conducted after the encounter, bodies of two Naxalites (one woman, one man) were found yesterday. During this time, an injured soldier was airlifted and brought to Raipur. A total of 10 teams of Chhattisgarh and Orissa security forces are carrying out operations against Naxalites. There is a possibility of finding bodies of more Naxalites during the search. The bodies of the Naxalites who have been killed are currently being identified.
