To know your UAN number, follow the steps mentioned below …
- Step 1- For this, first you have to go to UAN’s official website https://unifiedportal-mm.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/.
- Step 2 – Now you have to go to the important links seen on the right hand side and click on Know Your UAN.
- Step 3 – After this, now you have to enter your registered mobile number and captcha code and click on Request OTP.
- Step 4 – On doing this an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, after putting that OTP, now you have to click on Validate OTP.
- Step 5 – After this you have to enter some details like your full name, date of birth, Aadhaar number or PAN number.
- Step 6 – After entering the details, you have to click on Show My UAN. On clicking on it, your UAN number will start appearing on the screen.
Now you can copy your UAN from here and save it elsewhere, so that you do not have to repeat this entire process again if you forget UAN again.
You can also know your UAN from SMS
You can also find your UAN number by doing an SMS. For this, you will have to send EPFOHO UAN ENG and send it to the mobile number 7738299899 issued by EPFO. After this, in no time you will receive an SMS on your phone, which will have your UAN number.
