Pakistani Nationals Arrested in Us: Two Pakistani nationals have been arrested in Texas, USA. It is alleged that both of them have been fraud for many years and were fraudulent immigration related to fake jobs and fake visa applications. Also, he was running a money laundering racket. 39 -year -old Abdul Hadi Murshid and 35 -year -old Muhammad Salman Nasir have been accused with a Law firm in Texas and a company called Relible Ventures Inc. It is alleged that they are involved in conspiracy to cheat America, visa fraud, money laundering and fraud. Murshid is also accused of trying to get American citizenship illegally.

On the social media platform X, Kash Patel wrote, “The Dallas Branch of FBI has made great arrests. Abdul Hadi Murshid and Muhammad Salman Nasir, two persons from Texas, who allegedly sold a criminal enterprise, bypassing fake visa applications to a criminal enterprise. He said, “Thank you very much to our FBI teams and partners in investigation.”

According to the indictment, both individuals and their business earned money by filing fake visa applications to help foreigners (visa fans “in the court document) to come to the US illegally and live in the US. He presented false paperwork, lied about the job offer and used EB-2, EB-3 and H-1B visa programs to dodge the system.

To show it the actual offer of the job, he allegedly gave fake ads in news papers. He did this because the law of the Labor Department of America says that any job should be offered to Americans first. Once he was approved, he filed a petition with the US Immigration Officers and applied for a green card on behalf of the visa seekers.

He has also been accused of taking money from these visa seekers and then returning some part of it as fake salary to make the jobs valid. Murshid and Nasir appeared in court on 23 May. The government has said that they should be kept in custody till the trial. The hearing is scheduled on 30 May. If found guilty, both persons can be jailed for 20 years. Murshid may also lose his American citizenship.
