Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF) has announced the longlisted books in English and Hindi for its prestigious annual KLF Book Awards, spanning fiction, non-fiction, poetry, children’s literature, trade, translation and first Books included. The list is a testament to Kalinga Literary Festival’s mission to honor the best in contemporary literature. The shortlist will be released on January 30, 2025 and the winners will be announced at a grand ceremony on February 15, 2025 at the India International Centre, New Delhi. Additionally, the titles listed in Odia will be announced in the first week of February.
KLF Book Awards will be presented in 6 Hindi categories and 7 English categories, the award winner will receive Rs 1 lakh in each category. KLF Book Awards (Kalinga Literary Festival 2025) will be held on February 15, 2025 at India International Centre, New Delhi.

This prestigious event will honor 15 outstanding books
Are in English, Hindi and Sanskrit languages, will celebrate literary excellence and promote the rich cultural heritage of India. Additionally, 4 exceptional books in Odia language will be honored during the annual Kalinga Literary Festival in Bhubaneswar from March 21-23, 2025. This year, KLF received an overwhelming response from publishers, authors and readers, with over 2000 nominations submitted for the awards.
Over the years, the KLF has emerged as an annual flagship event in the literary-cultural calendar of India, which aims to rekindle engagement with literature and promote a culture of reading and writing, without any artificially created Ignoring the obstacles.
