A case of gang -raping a minor student studying in intermediate has come to light in a village in Shambhuganj police station area of Banka district of Bihar. The minor student, who was hurt by the rape, lodged a complaint against two people, including the deputy head of Pariya Panchayat, at the police station on Saturday night. Taking the case seriously, the police station officer Mantu Kumar took quick action and arrested both the accused of rape. One of the arrested accused is Gautam Mandal, the deputy head of the Pariya Panchayat and the other is Chhotu Kumar, the cousin of the panchayat chief.
The family members of the victim said that on Friday, the girl had gone to a school in Pariya for registration of intermediate. After the registration work remained incomplete, the girl went to her maternal grandfather in the village with her maternal sister. She was returning home after registering in school on Saturday. During this time this incident happened.
The girl reached home late at night
He told that both the accused ambushed from the east on the way. After this, the minor girl reached home late at night and informed her parents about the incident. Only after this, the victim’s family reached the police station with the student.

In this regard, the head of the panchayat Neha Devi described the incident as quite embarrassing. At the same time, the police station officer said that during interrogation, the Deputy Chief has also accepted the incident. Both the accused were sent to Banka to judicial custody on Sunday.
Banka ACDPO Vipin Vihari said that the FSL team was called for investigation and medical examination of the student has been done. At the same time, he said that the accused will be punished through spD trial in the case.
