Mark Wood Rules out of Test Series Against India: The journey of ICC Champions Trophy 2025 has ended. Indian players will now participate in the IPL from 22 March. England cricket team’s fast -paced bowler Mark Wood will not participate in Test cricket.
Wood will be out of four months due to knee injury
Mark Wood has been upset due to his knee injury for a long time. During the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which recently concluded in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, his pain complaint was further increased. During the tournament, he was also seen lame on several occasions.
During that time, there were speculations that after the prestigious tournament, he can stay away from the cricket field for a long time. Some similar decision is now being seen. He will remain out of the field for the next four months. During this time, along with IPL, he will also be seen in many important tournaments.
According to the ICC, the recently conducted scan has revealed injury to his left knee ligament. Due to which they have to go through the process of surgery. In such a situation, he will be out of the field for a long time.

Third Test – July 10 – Lords
Fourth Test – 23 July – Manchester
