After the formation of BJP government in Delhi, MP Manoj Tiwari has made a big announcement regarding the plan to give Rs 2,500 to women every month. He informed that the registration process to enter the money of women will start from 8 March.
Manoj Tiwari told the news agency IANS on Sunday that the registration process will start from 8 March by the Delhi government to give Rs 2,500 per month to the financially weaker section women. He said that this step has been taken to empower the economic condition of women, and millions of poor women will benefit from this scheme. He hoped that within a month, money will start transferring to the accounts of women selected under this scheme.
The BJP MP said that the general public will get the benefit of the extended session of the assembly. We want the opposition to cooperate in this, so that this scheme can be implemented properly. He said that the CAG report will also be placed in front of the public in a phased manner, so that every aspect can be explained with complete transparency.
It is noteworthy that before the Delhi assembly elections, the BJP had announced a assistance of Rs 2,500 to poor women every month. All the BJP leaders including Chief Minister Rekha Gupta have assured to fulfill this promise after the formation of the government. However, in the first cabinet meeting of the newly formed government, the opposition is attacking the government if it is not approved.
