Hardik Pandya Fined after Mumbai Indians Mantain Slow Over Rate: In IPL 2025, the team of Mumbai Indians played their first match against Chennai Super Kings on 23 March. Where regular captain Hardik Pandya was missing from the first match. Because in the previous season i.e. IPL 2024, he was found guilty of slow over rate. Due to which he was banned from the first match of IPL 2025.

After the ban in the first match of IPL 2025, Hardik Pandya, who has been in the field against Gujarat Titans, has once again been convicted of slow over rate after the ban. This time they have not been banned. But a fine of huge amount has been imposed by the board. After being found guilty, now he will have to pay an amount of Rs 12 lakh.

Cricket lovers hoped that the MI team led by Pandya would win by performing well against GT. But even the team did not win. The captain was also fined from above.

Last yesterday, the bowlers of Mumbai could not complete the bowling of their quota within the stipulated time limit. After which he had to keep a fielder less outside the 30 yard circle in the last over.

Apart from this, the team is the first offense under Article 2.2 of the Code of Conduct of the IPL in the ongoing season. In such a situation, Pandya has been fined Rs 12 lakh.
