Preparations have been made for cleanliness and security arrangements in all pagoda. ”

He told, “Police force has been deployed at all places. On Mahashivaratri festival, devotees are preparing to take a safe bath. So far, more than 63 crore devotees have bathed in the Ganges and Sangam. ”

According to the statement issued by the government, on 26 February, the number of devotees who bathe in the Ganges and Sangam can reach above 65 crores till the last bathing festival of Shivaratri. In Mahakumbh, guests from all countries including diplomatic and Bhutan Naresh Namgyal Wangchuk of 73 countries came here to take a Amrit bath. Not only this, more than 50 lakh people from Nepal have taken bath in the holy water of Triveni so far.
