In 1989, when Suraj Barjatya planned the film ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’, Salman Khan started his career. But Salman, who was already famous as Salim Khan’s son, had to face many challenges in stepping into the film industry for the first time. Suraj Barjatya, who was a new filmmaker, took a long time to convince Salman to cast him.
