The Masjid Committee had argued that the survey of the Mughal mosque was illegal. He said that the second survey conducted, especially on November 24, was illegitimate, about which there were violent clashes near the mosque and four people were killed in it. Justice Rohit Ranjan Aggarwal said that the matter is related to access to the reserved monument under the ancient monument and archaeological site and relics Act 1958 and does not include “conversion of the place of worship”.

The police on Monday conducted a ‘flag march’ on the major roads of the district after the Allahabad High Court rejected the petition challenging the order given for the survey of the Mughal Shahi Jama Masjid. Police strict security arrangements in Sambhal

Bishnoi told reporters that ‘Flag March’ is part of the daily patrolling of the police but it has been further enhanced in view of the High Court order regarding the survey of the royal Jama Masjid. Anyone who agrees or disagrees with the order of the court is free to file an appeal but strict action will be taken if someone tries to protest or broadcast provocative messages in an illegal manner. The court battle should not be fought in the court, not on the streets. “Bishnoi said,” Our cyber commandos are monitoring social media activity so that no irresponsible post is done. ,
