A Ukrainian missile damaged a Russian helicopter and a radio call revealed that it panicked after the missile hit. Military intelligence used one of its naval drones on Tuesday to destroy one Russian helicopter and damage another in the Black Sea, according to a radio intercept obtained by Ukrainian intelligence officers.
The Ukrainian Military Intelligence Service has posted a video on social media platform X of shooting down a Russian Mi-8 helicopter using a Ukrainian Magura V5 naval drone. In the video, firing is seen in the water around the Magura drone boat and due to this, movement is also visible in the water, which shows that the drone boat was attacked.

In the video, a helicopter is visible through thermal image and the firing taking place in the water is also visible. However, the video is not clear and there is a lot of movement due to the movement of the boat but it seems that the helicopter was hit by the missile and fell into the sea and crashed.
According to Forbes, in an intercepted radio conversation the pilot is saying, “482, I’m hit… I’m going down.” The Intercept further said, “There was an explosion and it hit me. This attack came from water. After this there was a second flash. I did not see where it went but the first one hit me directly and exploded nearby. It’s done. I felt this attack on my helicopter, some systems have failed.
