This is not a dream when there are people at the top who will not be able to make their place till retiring and for what? Work hard for a little better salary that will still not be able to keep pace with the cost of living?

Vinayakia wrote in his article, “Fortunately I turned to freelancing and although it is still early days. But this is the first time I felt that I felt that I have real control over my work. Perhaps this is the future, not running after promotion in a system that does not work for us, but making a career on my terms.

His comments were liked by many people and appreciated his decision to control his career by going to freelancing. One user wrote that this is such a wonderful way to say. I see many people writing about the so-called “tantrums” of Gen-Z at work. Whereas these are actually “tantrums” results!
