India is going to give a big tension to Pakistan after the terrorist attack! .. Today will buy 26 fighters Marine-Rafale

New Delhi:
Amid the Pahalgam terror attack, there is going to be an important defense agreement between India and France in Delhi today. The two countries will sign a deal of Rs 63,000 crore for the purchase of 26 Rafale maritime fighter jets. This agreement will greatly increase the strength of the Indian Navy, especially in the Indo-Pacific sector where China’s pressure is increasing.

A major achievement for Indian Navy
This deal of Rafael-Merin fighter jets will not only be a major achievement for the Indian Navy, but it is also an important step in terms of regional security. The capabilities and advanced techniques of these aircraft will prove to be helpful in tightening terrorist activities.

Earlier, the French Defense Minister was to personally come to participate in this signature ceremony. But due to personal reasons he had to cancel his visit. The Cabinet Committee of Security Affairs approved the deal earlier this month.

There is an immediate requirement of 26 Rafale Marine fighter jets for deployment on Indian aircraft vessels, especially INS Vikrant, which is currently in service.

Rafael M Jet will be adapted to meet Indian requirements and will be integrated into INS Vikrant. These carrier-borne fighter aircraft are being purchased as a temporary solution until the development of indigenous carrier-borne combat jet is complete. Sources said that the signature ceremony is likely to be held outside the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense in South Block.

26 Rafael Marine Fighter Aircraft … Approves the largest defense deal
Sources said that the French minister is expected to reach India on Sunday evening and leave on Monday late evening. India approved its biggest defense deal for 26 Rafale maritime fighter jets during a cabinet committee meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 9 April this month. The government-to-government contracts include 22 single-seater and four twin-seater jets, as well as a comprehensive package for fleet maintenance, logistics, personnel training and indigenous component construction.

Rafael M Jet will operate from INS Vikrant and support the existing MiG-29 fleet. The Indian Air Force already operates a fleet of 36 Rafale aircraft acquired under a separate deal signed in 2016. These aircraft are located in Ambala and Hasimara. With the new deal, the total number of Rafale jets in India will be 62.
