According to NLB Services CEO Sachin Alug, the rate of job in the entire industry has stabilized at the rate of 13–15 percent, which is a sign of a more balanced but developed talent landscape.
He said, “Many companies have also announced a plan to include more than 10,000 freshers in FY 26, which is a sign of confidence in the long term despite challenges in the short term.”
