IPL 2025: Foreign players going home to India received message from BCCI


IPL 2025: The 18th season of the Indian Premier League has been postponed for about a week amid the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan. This decision has been taken by the board after considerable thought and analysis. Now when IPL 2025 has been banned for a few days. In such a situation, foreign players have allegedly returning to their countries.

According to the report of The Indian Express, however, the BCCI has instructed all the IPL franchisees that they have asked their players and associate employees to be ready to start the league again within a week.

Let us tell you that this is not the first season of IPL which has been postponed in the middle season. Earlier in the year 2021, the IPL event had to be postponed due to the Kovid-19 epidemic.

During that time, this decision was taken keeping in mind the increasing cases of Kovid-19 in players and collaborative staff. After about four months, the league started again. The first season after the break was played in the United Arab Emirates.

IPL 2025 is not the only event that has been postponed due to increasing tension between India and Pakistan. The Pakistan Super League 2025 played in the neighboring country of Pakistan has also been postponed.

After the postponement of PSL 2025, it was reported in the initial sides that the remaining matches can be played in the UAE. But the PCB has not shared the schedule, date and places of the remaining matches so far.
