Before the start of IPL 2025 campaign, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) captain Rishabh Pant (Rishbh pant) He said that his effort is to create such an atmosphere in the team, where the people coming can openly speak their point. Pant told his LSG colleagues in a video posted on the social media account of the franchise on Monday, ‘It is not just a matter of management. The reason is that as a player I have always felt that if you support your players and give them enough confidence, they can carry you forward at any level. I think there is a lot of experience in the group and the management also has a lot of experience.

The LSG reached the playoffs of IPL 2022 and 2023 season before being out in the eliminator twice. In IPL 2024, LSG finished seventh in the points table. Left-arm wicketkeeper-batsman Pant became the most expensive player in the history of IPL, when LSG bought him for Rs 27 crore in the mega auction last year.

He also urged senior players like Nicolas Puran, Aiden Markram and David Miller to keep sharing their experiences with new players of the team. Pant said, ‘We have many senior players. Nikki is P, Markram, Miller. I think there are many more. Just keep sharing your experience with young players and let that experience flow into this group. I think this is something that we can learn a lot from all the senior players, and just move it once a day, just give 100 percent of your, keeping the team’s best interest in mind, without thinking whether our team will support you or not. ‘
