All the players of the teams of Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals, members of the staff and members of the broadcast team reached Delhi on Friday by special Vande Bharat train. All the people including the player reached Safdarganj railway station in New Delhi under tight security in Jalandhar. KL Rahul, Marco Janssey, Tristian Stabbus, Yuzvendra Chahal, Punjab Kings co -mistress Preity Zinta, the rest of the players Staff and the management were seen coming out of the railway strategy.

Earlier, amidst tight security, it was transported from Dharamshala to Jalandhar railway station via Hoshiarpur. Kangra Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri gave this information. This official said that the players of both teams are currently leaving for New Delhi by a special train. Pakistan tried to infiltrate the airspace near Chandigarh on Thursday through a drone attack. The official said, “The entire team of both teams, including players, coaching staff and broadcast personnel, were taken from Dharamshala to Hoshiarpur on the border of Punjab in about 40 to 50 small vehicles,” the official said. He said that the Kangra police provided security to this convoy and after the vehicles reached Hoshiarpur, the Punjab Police took the security system. From there, he was taken to Jalandhar to board a specially prepared train.

Agnihotri said about security on Thursday after stopping the match, “The stadium was evacuated within 20 minutes. Our first priority was the safety of all the people present there. The players of both teams were immediately called back from the ground and sent to their respective hotels amid tight security.

The IPL has been suspended for a week on Friday due to military conflict between India and Pakistan. The confrontation between the two countries began after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April, killing 26 people.
