Grame smith big statement: Reiterating his commitment to make SA20 the second best league in the world, its commissioner Graeme Smith has said that the Indian Premier League franchise is a leader in cricket and he is constantly learning from him. Smith said in an interview given to the language during the third session of SA 20, ‘BCCI and IPL have helped us a lot and have guided us in every decision. The IPL has been a leader in franchise cricket so far and we are constantly learning from him.
