Prashant Kishor, founder of Jan Suraj, is on fast unto death since January 2 in Bihar demanding the cancellation of BPSC 70th preliminary examination by the students. Meanwhile, a seven-member party delegation reached Raj Bhavan on Saturday and met Governor Arif Mohammad Khan and submitted a memorandum.

The delegation led by Jan Suraj President Manoj Bharti gave complete information about the issue to the Governor. After coming out of the Raj Bhavan, he told the journalists, “I informed the Governor about all the things related to the students’ movement. He listened to us carefully and read our memorandum carefully from beginning to end. The Governor first met us. Asked how was Prashant Kishor’s health and after hearing that he was kept in the isolation ward, the Governor appealed to him to break his fast. of.”

Manoj Bharti said that as far as the demands were concerned, the Governor said that these demands seem legitimate and the student delegation can be introduced to the Chief Minister.

Apart from party president Manoj Bharti, this delegation included Kishore Kumar, Sarwar Ali, Sitaram Yadav, Lalan Yadav, N.P. Mandal, Arvind Singh were also included.

It is noteworthy that on January 6, the police had arrested Prashant Kishore from Gandhi Maidan, after which he was produced in the court, where he was granted bail in the evening.

Prashant Kishore’s health suddenly deteriorated on the morning of 7 January. He was admitted to a private hospital in Patna. At present he is undergoing treatment in the hospital.
