This information has been collected by Religious Landscape Study. This data tells the religious character of America. It also tells that in which area of America, which religion has a population settlement and which age group are there. You will be surprised to know that 29 percent of people in America do not believe in any religion. This figure was increasing for many years, but now it has stopped and this is a better thing for America.
New data of RLS suggests that 62% of American adults are identified as Christians. However, this is a decline of 9 percent points since 2014 and a decline of 16 points since 2007.
How many in Muslim America
According to the study, 1 percent of the US population is adult Muslim. Of these, 20 percent of midwests, 29 percent in North East, 33 percent in South, 18 percent in West. In this Muslim population, 35 percent of 18 to 29 years, 42 percent 30-49 years old, 13 percent of 50-65 years, 8 percent are more than 65 years.
How many in Hindu America

Among the Jews, 18 percent are 18 to 29 years old, 31 percent of 30-49 years old, 20 percent of 50-65 years and 30 percent are more than 65 years.
How many in Christian America
62 percent of the US population is adult Christian. They live in 21 percent midwests, 16 percent in North East, 42 percent in South and 21 percent in West. Christians are 14 to 18 to 29 years old, 28 percent 30-49 years old, 28 percent 50-65 years old and 29 percent are over 65 years of age. At the same time, 4 percent believe in other religions.
