Bollywood singer Kumar Sanu’s daughter Shannon K. History is going to create. She will be the first Indian -origin artist to represent India at the Kachela Festival in April 2025. The festival will be held from April 11, 2025 to 13 April, 2025 and 18 April 2025 to 20 April, 2025 at the Empire Polo Club of Indio, California. Shannon expressed his curiosity to perform at the program. This is a proud moment for she is making her debut in Kachela 2025 and is one of the few Indian talents performing in this program. The press note shared by Shannon’s team states that this prestigious program is just the beginning of an incredible thing. This is a dream for them.
Here she will present fusion of some of her most famous Bollywood blockbuster songs of her father Kumar Sanu besides Indie-Pop songs. His performance list includes Give Me Your Hand, A LongTime, Always, Run, Retrace, OMT and many other songs. Give Me Your Hand song is a huge hit, which gave him international identity and also won the award for the best international singer.
Born on 16 June 2001, Shannon studied music from Royal Academy of Music, London. He has also acted in the reputed Lee Strasburg Theater and Film Institute of America. In 2018, Shannon, along with veteran singer Sonu Nigam, released the Love Song OMT. She made her debut as an actress in American films with a cameo role in Manolo class film The Big Feed. He has also worked with American actor Ryan Kelly in a TV series, Mystic Inheritance of Edina Hassan and a short film, rolling. She also made her debut in Bollywood with the film Chal Zindagi.
