A Punjab court has issued an arrest warrant against actor Sonu Sood. He was called for testimony in this case related to fraud of Rs 10 lakh. However, despite several summons, the actors did not reach to testify, after which the court has issued an arrest warrant against him. Now the next hearing in this case will be held on 10 February.
Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur of Ludhiana, Punjab has issued an arrest warrant against Bollywood actor Sonu Sood. Ludhiana’s lawyer Rajesh Khanna has filed a case of fraud of Rs 10 lakh against Mohit Shukla.
Arrest warrant released
In his complaint, advocate Rajesh Khanna has alleged that he was lured to invest in a fake rizika coin. Also, in his complaint, he has made many other serious allegations.
Under this complaint, Sonu Sood was summoned in the court to testify. However, despite repeated sending summons, Sonu Sood did not appear in the court to give testimony. Due to his absence, the court has now issued an arrest warrant against him.
Oshiwara sent to police station
The warrant has been sent to Oshiwara police station in Andheri West, Mumbai, in which he has been directed to arrest the actor and produce in court.
Sonu Sood was helped a lot to his people, especially during Charity works, especially during Kovid, which people have not forgotten even today. Sonu Sood also runs ‘Sud Charity Foundation’.
