Actor Mukesh Khanna, known as Shaktimaan, clarified Ranveer Singh for joining this popular superhero role. He explained in detail about his meeting, ongoing confusion and never Ranveer Singh’s next Shaktimaan. On the podcast of Shardul Pandit, his Mukesh revealed that Ranveer Singh was very interested in playing this role. When asked whether Shaktimaan is really being formed or not, the actor did not give any definite answer. But he said- “For the last four years people have been asking me this question. Two years lost in the Kovid era, and the other two got entangled in controversy.”
He added, “Ranveer Singh was very excited to do Shaktimaan. Even desperate. I have said many good things about him. But in the end, I had to clean up. I never said that he is Shaktimaan. I praised his acting, his energy. He spent three hours with me and was very emotional towards the role. But I was very emotional for the role. But I want to see as Shaktimaan. Can not tell whether Shaktimaan is coming or not or he should also come. ”
In November last year, Mukesh Khanna revealed that Ranveer once waited for three hours to meet him, so that he could get his approval to play the prestigious role of Shaktimaan. Talking to the media, the veteran actress also responded to the speculation that Singh had to wait for hours in his office during the discussion about Shaktimaan’s role. Mukesh Khanna, who had repeated his prestigious role as Shaktimaan for patriotic songs, clarified that he was not against Ranveer Singh to play the role of superhero. While clarifying this, he wrote on his X handle, “I have come to clarify the misconception of a section of my audience that through this song and press conference I have come to tell the world that I will become the next Shaktimaan. He further said, “First of all, why should I say that I will become the next Shaktimaan. I am already powerful. The second power will happen only when there will be some power. And I am that Shaktimaan. There can be no other power without me. Since I have to create a legacy of Shaktimaan as Shakti. Second thing that I have not come to prove or show that I am better than Ranveer Singh or any person who plays the role of Shakti.”
