Mumbai Police has got a big success in the case of attack on actor Saif Ali Khan. The police have arrested the accused of the attack in the early hours of Sunday. Mumbai Police said that the accused person has been arrested from Thane. Actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked in his Bandra apartment early Thursday. During this time the attacker had attacked him with a knife several times. After suffering serious injuries, the actor was immediately taken to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai for treatment.
News agency AAI has given information about this. Quoting Mumbai Police, ANI said that the accused of attack on Saif Ali Khan has been arrested from Thane.

According to a media report, Vile Parle Police has played a big role in arresting the accused. After being caught, the attacker also told the police his name was wrong. However, he later confessed to his crime.
Person detained from Durg also
Earlier, a suspect was also detained from Durg in Chhattisgarh. Police had received information that the suspect was traveling in a train, after which he was taken off the train with the help of local police. According to RPF sources, a suspect has been caught from the Dnyaneshwari Express train. On the information of Mumbai Police, a suspect named Akash Kailash Kannaujiya has been detained. Mumbai Police itself had sent the suspect’s photograph and train number information to the RPF.
According to sources, the suspect has revealed his name as Akash Kailash Kanojia. He is calling himself a resident of Mumbai. According to the police, the picture of the person who attacked Saif Ali Khan is similar to that of Akash Kailash Kannaujiya. Sources said that the suspect was traveling by general coach. Sources said that possibly he could be the accused in the attack on Saif Ali Khan.
Saif now out of danger: Hospital administration
The 54-year-old actor suffered multiple knife wounds near his neck and spine and was taken in an autorickshaw to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery.
According to the hospital administration, Saif Ali Khan’s health is fine and he has been shifted from ICU to the normal room. During his surgery a 2.5 inch long blade was removed. Saif is now “out of danger” and doctors are closely monitoring his condition.
