New record in customer experience: CSMIA is the first airport in the country to receive the highest honor of ACI Level 5.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has achieved a historic achievement by receiving Level 5 accreditation from the Airports Council International (ACI). This is the highest level of ACI’s Airport Customer Experience Recognition Program. CSMIA becomes the first airport in India and third in the world to achieve this prestigious achievement, thereby emerging as a leading name in passenger satisfaction and operational excellence.
