Actually, these days the video of a makeup artist from Pune is becoming fiercely viral, which shows how accident marks are made to make work excuses. This video has given air to the online debate, in which the audience has accused them of promoting immoral behavior.
Why is the dispute happening?
Makeup artist Pritam Juzar Kothawala has shared videos on his Instagram account and described him as a harmless drama made for entertainment. In the first video, he showed how realistic looking marks are made to make an excuse to accident and the caption wrote, “IT managers are advised not to watch this video.” He emphasized that this material is only for entertainment and should not be taken seriously. In the video, he said, “This video is especially for IT professionals who have difficulty in getting leave,” encouraged the audience to share it with their friends and hide it from their boss.
‘This is my jugaad …’
After the video went viral, the audience asked how to retain confusion when returning to work after a fake injury. In a follow-up video, Pritam Jujar showed how to refresh artificial scars, so that they look reliable. He stated how to re -apply makeup, saying, “This is my jugaad when your holiday will end.”

This video made for the purpose of entertainment is being criticized online. Many social media users accused him of promoting dishonesty at the workplace. There was a sharp response to this, in which users described the video as irresponsible. One user wrote, “Sorry, but it’s not fun. It is very cheap and immoral.” Another user wrote, “This is not fun. It sets a dangerous example by promoting dishonesty at the workplace.” The third user wrote, “This is an embarrassing attempt to reduce confidence between employees and employers.” Some users termed this trend as “the downfall of morality”, while some ignored it as just a joke. #Fakesickleave is trending on Instagram, where people are giving their opinion on it.
