Abdul Khadir was real name

Prem Nazir started his acting career with the film ‘Marumkal’ released in 1952, although ‘Viscipinty Villi’ gave him success at the box office. His real name was Abdul Khadir but on screen he was known as Prem Nazir. Prem Nazir is called the king of South Cinema. The actor ruled the Malayalam film industry for nearly three decades and make such records in the film world which have not been broken till date. From 1951 to 1980, he was active in the film world.

Four Guinness Records

South actor Prem Nazir has a record of working in 41 films in a year, which has not been able to break any Bollywood actor from South Industry. Apart from this, he worked with a record 85 heroine in his career and till 1975, actress Sheela had worked in a total of 130 films, not 40 or 50. Prem Nazir, who is called Raja of South Cinema, played double role in about 40 films in his film career and also appeared in Triple Rolls in three films. The world record of playing the lead role in a total of 720 films is in the name of Prem Nazir. Apart from this, two other records related to the release of most films in a year are also his name.
