Ola Electric will start delivery of Roadster X bike from this week, know how much price will be

Ola Electric Mobility Limited is going to start delivery of its electric motorcycle ‘Roadster X’ from the end of this week. The company’s chairman and managing director Bhavish Aggarwal announced this on Tuesday, 20 May. Posting on the social media platform ‘X’, he wrote – “The delivery of Roadster X is starting this Friday. It will be exciting to see customers taking experience of our bike.”

Roadster series was announced last year

In August 2023, Bhavish Aggarwal announced an entry in the motorcycle segment of Ola Electric. Then the company introduced three models Roadster X, Roadster and Roadster Prof.

Learn price and details of variants

The initial price of Ola’s Roadster X series is Rs 74,999. It also has two more variants –

• Roadster X+ (4.5 KWH Battery) – Price Rs 1,04,999
• Roadster X+ (9.1 KWH Battery) – Price Rs 1,54,999, it comes with 4680 India Cell Technology and can run up to 501 km in charge once.

Changes in delivery plan

Earlier, the company had said that its delivery of its electric bikes would start from the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25, while the delivery of Roadster Pro was said to be from the fourth quarter of 2025-26. But now the company has already decided to start the delivery of Roadster X.

Focus on mid-segment EV bike users

Ola electric is already known for electric scooters and now the company has prepared to add new customers with landing in the electric motorcycle segment. In view of the price and range of Roadster X, this mid-segment EV bike users have been launched.
