On Saturday, on the eve of Republic Day, the government announced the Padma Awards. This year a total of 139 people will get this honor. These include 7 Padma Vibhushan, 19 Padma Bhushan and 113 Padma Shri. The central government has announced a total of 139 Padma Awards including seven Padma Vibhushan, 19 Padma Bhushan and 113 Padma Shri this year. Proud to do and celebrate.

Each prize winner is synonymous with hard work, passion and innovation, which has positively impact the lives of countless people. They teach us the value of striving for excellence and selfless service of society. ”
Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has also congratulated the social media platform X. He has written, Bihar Kokila Late. Sharada Sinha ji gets Padma Vibhushan (posthumously) in the field of art. Sushil Kumar Modi ji gets Padma Bhushan (posthumously) and self in the field of public work. It is a matter of pride for Bihar to get Acharya Kishore Kunal ji’s honor of Padma Shri (posthumously) in the field of civil service.

On the eve of Republic Day, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced this year’s Padma Awards. Three, including Bihar’s well -known folk singer Sharda Sinha and late Japan businessman Osamu Suzuki, will be posthumously given Padma Vibhushan. The country’s first Sikh CJI Jagdish Singh Khehar is also one of the seven personalities who get Padma Vibhushan.
Apart from this, 19 persons (after four posthly) Padma Bhushan and 113 people (posthumous) have been announced to give Padma Shri Award.
Among those who got Padma Bhushan, former chairman of Prasar Bharati, A.K. Surya Prakash, Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister, Vivek Debroy (posthumously), well -known singer Pankaj Sad (posthumously), filmmaker Shekhar Kapoor, former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi (posthumously) are prominent names.
Also, Bihar’s well -known public servant and former IPS officer Kishore Kunal (posthumously), well -known businessman Pawan Goenka, cricketer R.K. 113 personalities including Ashwin have been awarded the Padma Shri Samman.
