ICC champions trophy 2025: The ninth season of ICC Champions Trophy is starting from tomorrow (19 February 2025). Pakistan will take on Pakistan on 23 in tournament
India and Pakistan will fight on February 23 at the ICC Champions Trophy. On which everyone’s eyes rest. After this, Team India will play its last match of the League Charan against New Zealand on March 2. If Rohit & Company’s performance in the league round was excellent, he will also participate in knock out matches.
Bumrah out, Rana gets a chance
Team India has been announced for the upcoming tournament. Veteran fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is out of the tournament due to back pain. In his place, young fast bowler Harshit Rana has been included in the team. Bumrah was injured in the last Test against Australia
Bumrah has been out of the ground since January. He last played the Borders-Gavaskar Trophy Test series against Australia in Sydney. In the first innings of that match, he had put 10.1 overs, but after that he felt suffering. After which he had to be out of the match on the advice of the doctors. However, Bumrah came to bat in the second innings, but did not bowl.
