The entire team of Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals and support staff were in Dharamshala. When the match was canceled on May 8, the Indian Railways arranged for a special train and took the team to Delhi. All the people reached Delhi on 9 May. The Board of Control for Cricket in India thanked Indian Railways on this. After this, now Bollywood actress Preity Zinta also thanked Indian Railways. Preeti wrote, thank you very much to Indian Railways and our Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnav, that she took both the IPL team and all the officers and family members from Dharamshala to Delhi.
