New Delhi:
These days Ram Charan is in discussion about his film Game Changer. The film, which released on January 10, had high expectations for the superstar, but the game changer is struggling every day to earn money at the box office. Not only this, after its release there were reports of the piracy version of this film being leaked. Now the game changer has become even worse, because this film of Ram Charan has come on TV before OTT. After knowing this, the actor’s fans are quite surprised.
The HD pirated print of Game Changer was aired on local cable TV channels in Andhra Pradesh just days after the film’s release. A social media user shared screenshots of the illegal broadcast, which sparked outrage among people. The film team has filed a complaint with cyber crime authorities to resolve the issue. Producer Srinivas Kumar (SKN) expressed his anger saying, “This is unacceptable. The telecast of a film released just 4-5 days ago on local cable channels and buses is a matter of serious concern. Cinema is not just about the hero, the director or the producer. It’s not about – it’s the result of 3-4 years of hard work, dedication and dreams of thousands of people.”

It is noteworthy that the piracy version of Game Changer not only affected the box office collection of the film, but also raised concerns about the future of cinema. With the film already struggling due to mixed reviews and stiff competition from other Sankranthi releases, this setback has further reduced its performance. The Game Changer team has also filed a complaint against the persons who threatened to leak the film before its release. Despite these efforts, pirated versions continue to circulate online, causing significant losses to the film.
