According to Umesh Bhardwaj, there was some shortage in the orders that used to go earlier, then it used to take a long time to improve it. He used to return from jail, due to which it took time for the prisoners to be released. Now due to online facility, the captive time will be exempted from time to time. If there is any deficiency or error in the release order, then it will also be improved through online medium.
The captive will be released immediately after getting bail. Till now, the prisoner was released after 6:00 pm in the evening, the same morning was from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm, but if there was a shortage as the release order used to go to the man and even if he was late for some reason, the detainee was not released from jail. In this case, there is a clear order of the Supreme Court that no captive should be closed without any reason in jail. This is a very positive step.
In this case, Sitaram Sharma, Jail Superintendent of Dasna Jail of Ghaziabad, said that some release orders have started coming online from the court. In the era of technology, the more online process will be, the more work will be done intensely. This is a good step. This is currently a pilot project. It is associated with court and jail through a software.
